General Daily Care

Your goal is to keep your wound and the Easy Ag® dressing clean, moist, and covered. Recommend washing hands with warm water and soap before and after dressing change. The Easy Ag® Dressing may be worn while showering unless otherwise directed by your physician or nurse. Please check with physician or nurse for exact showering directions. Soaking in a bathtub is not recommended.

General Considerations During Use
  1. Daily soaking and spraying with wound cleansers (optional, as listed above) may help remove wound debris and extend the life of the Easy Ag® dressing.

For Draining Wounds
  1. Remove and dispose of the outer absorbent cover dressings.

  2. Gently remove Easy Ag® Dressing, if any sticking occurs see warning instructions below.

  3. Rinse Easy Ag® Dressing thoroughly with clean water being sure to rinse away any exudate that maybe on the dressing (You may stretch the dressing by its corners to open up its weave to help loosen the exudate from the cloth), gently squeeze out excess water, and reapply to wound while moist.

  4. Apply fresh cover dressings as per instructed by your physician or nurse.
