Easy Ag® Adhesive Bandages Directions for Home Use

1. Select a Easy Ag^® Adhesive Bandage, sized to fit over the wound, laceration, burn, bite or rash. Moisten the silver pad with drinkable water and center the silver pad over the wound, overlapping all sides if possible.

2. Rinse or moisten the Easy Ag^® Adhesive Bandage daily, using drinkable water. If your caregiver gave you saline or sterile water, use it to rinse your wound and not for the dressing. You may bathe or shower with the dressing on.

3. Easy Ag^® Silver Adhesive Bandage should last for up to 7 days if kept clean and moist, and may be secured with additional medical tape if necessary.

Do not remove the Easy Ag^® Adhesive Bandage while dry or if the Easy Ag^® Adhesive Bandage is sticking. If sticking occurs, rewet and saturate the Easy Ag^® Adhesive Bandage waiting until it can easily be removed. If problems occur, including swelling, severe redness or sharply increased pain, contact your physician.

Optional: If you have a more serious or larger area to cover, please consider purchasing our Wound Contact Dressings.  Overlapping the wound by ¼″ on all sides dramatically improves results.

1. Daily soaking and spraying with wound cleansers may increase the efficiency of cellular debris removal and extend the life of all Easy Ag^® products.

2. Remove Easy Ag^® prior to MRI procedures, because the silver will interfere with the photo.
